This INCREDIBLE Month of March

The blessings of Grandchildren continue to flow around us and this month is one of the best ever!! It started with the birth of our oldest Son, George's, new little girl Brooklyn Addison Mann on Saint Patrick's Day. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 4 oz and was 20 inches long. She is a beauty with dark hair and BIG blue eyes. The picture of her here was taken by George on the night she was born all snuggled up in a blanket in his arms. Congratulations to our son and his wife Urasia and the rest of their family...Seneca, Emeric, and Macie. More pictures will follow as we receive them.
Then, Today was ADOPTION DAY for the oldest three of the children that our son John and his wife Noelle have had in their care since August of last year . The adoption was finalized this morning at about 10:00 and my daughter-in-law, Emily and I left early this morning to be there in Sacramento to witness this wonderful event. My tears of Joy overflowed as they all signed the papers and legally became a family. We will do it all again in a couple of months, when the youngest will have his turn.

Emily and I stayed for the day with them to celebrate at "John's Incredible Pizza Place" that had a great all you can eat buffet and tons of games and rides to play on and with to increase the celebration factor.

Emma and Abby riding the Motorcycle race bikes. They loved it and did really well!!
Michael being a real biker on his game!
Look at that concentration!

Jenna loved the Merry-go Round
Isaiah had fun on the games too but loved to eat his peaches....LEFT HANDED!! Papa is happy he finally has another lefty in the family.

The best is yet to come this Saturday when the three children will be sealed to John and Noelle in the Sacramento Temple with their daughter Abigail looking on with the rest of us.

Proof of My Reputation As...

In years past I have had my daughter, Christy, tell me that I am "The World's GREATEST DISH STACKER". Well one morning recently I went to put away the dishes that I had washed the night before and I noticed that I had really done quite an amazing job of stacking those dishes so they would dry by themselves and I didn't have to get out a second dish drainer or a dish towel. I thought I would share this accomplishment with you and prove, by this photo, that my daughter was very observant in noticeing this dubious talent of mine.
